Week 2 & 3 Building Workshops – Camel Construction Crew

TradesNKY is excited to continue our 4 part workshop series with the Camel Construction Crew, a Campbell County Middle School club. For Weeks 2 and 3, students chose between 3 different building projects that were purchased from a local company, Nailed It DIY Studio of Cold Spring.

Using the tools and skills they learned in the Week 1 Workshop, the Camel Construction Crew students built either a trophy shelf, a picture frame, or a planter.

TradesNKY often talks about the value of project based learning. Seeing the joy and satisfaction on these students faces as they completed their building projects is what this is all about!

As always we would like to thank our friends, sponsors, and volunteers for all they do…without them none of this would be possible.

Special thanks to Aaron Caudill & The Camel Construction Crew and Principal Moore & Campbell County Middle School for allowing us to help prepare the next generation of skilled working Men and Women.
